§ SIR WILLIAM SOMERVILLEsaid, he rose to ask for leave to introduce a Bill to extend the Act to facilitate the improvement of landed property in Ireland, and the Acts amending the same, to the erection of improved dwellings for the labouring classes in Ireland. His object in introducing the Bill at that advanced stage of the Session was, that its merits might be canvassed during the recess.
