§ MR. A. STAFFORDsaid, that as many hon. Members would, no doubt, desire to be present at the ceremony in the city to-morrow, on the occasion of the visit of the Emperor and Empress of the French, it would be more convenient, he considered, if the House were to adjourn over to-morrow, and he would therefore move that the House at its rising adjourn until Friday.
