MR. HEADLAM

appeared at the bar, and read the following Report from the Harwich Election Committee. The Committee had determined— That George Montagu Warren Peacocke, esquire, is not duly elected a Burgess to serve in this present Parliament for the Borough of Harwich. That David Waddington, esquire, is duly elected a Burgess to serve in this present Parliament for the Borough of Harwich. That the last Election for the said Borough, so far as regards the Return of the said George Montagu Warren Peacocke, esquire, is a void Election.
