appeared at the bar, and stated that, having presented to Her Majesty the Address of the House in answer to the Speech from the Throne, the Queen had been pleased to make the following gracious reply:— I have received with satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address. I rely, with confidence, on your co-operation with Me in My endeavour to prpmote the welfare of all classes of My subjects.
