SPEAKERreported that the House had that day been to the House of Lords, when Her Majesty was pleased to make a most gracious Speech to both Houses of Parliament; and that, for the sake of greater accuracy, he had procured a copy thereof. The right hon. Gentleman then read the Speech to the House.
