appeared at the bar, and being called on by Mr. Speaker, said: I have to state, that in obedience to the commands of this House, I have had the honour of waiting on Her Majesty, and presenting the Address of this honourable House, to which Her Majesty has been graciously pleased to return the following Answer:— I have received with much satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address. You may rely on My earnest desire to co-operate with you in your endeavours to promote the welfare and prosperity of all classes of My subjects.
