HC Deb 18 February 1850 vol 108 cc969-70
MR. F. O'CONNOR

wished to know, as a grievous attack had been made on his character in another place, by the hon. and learned Member for Sheffield, whether any course was open to him by which he could bring the accusations before the House, that he might have an opportunity of defending himself from the charges brought against him?

MR. SPEAKER

There is no course I know of to enable the hon. Member to bring the question before the House.
