§ SIR G. GREYsaid, that on looking at the melancholy results that had lately occurred in connexion with party processions in Ireland, he was inclined to think it might be expedient to propose some measure to prevent party processions of all kinds. The matter was under consideration, but at present he could only express an opinion that it might be expedient to adopt such a measure.
