said, that seeing that the First Commissioner of the Woods and Forests had no longer a seat in that House, he wished to know from the noble Lord at the head of Her Majesty's Government, to whom questions connected with the administration of the Woods and Forests were to be addressed in that House?

LORD J. RUSSELL

said, if his noble Friend (Viscount Duncan) gave notice of his questions to the Secretary to the Treasury, arrangements would be made by which they would be answered.
