wished to ask the noble Lord the Secretary for Foreign Affairs a question with reference to the Spanish correspondence. The noble Lord had laid on the table of the House the correspondence from the Foreign Office, but he had omitted altogether the correspondence of the Spanish Government. It was commonly reported that certain charges and statements had been made by the Spanish Government against the British Minister. It was very desirable that the House should have the statements of the Spanish Government, if such statements had been made.
