inquired of the noble Lord the Chief Commissioner of Woods and Forests, whether his Sanitary Bill would include the metropolis, and if not, whether it was his intention to introduce a Bill for that purpose? Also, what other Bills upon that subject he proposed to introduce, and what their provisions were?

was understood to say, that he had already stated he did not consider the Bill to apply to the metro- polis, and it was not his intention at present to introduce a Bill for that purpose.
