rose to move for copies of all correspondence between the chairman of the board of guardians of the union of Warminster and the Poor Law Commissioners, relative to the refusal of the vicar of Warminster to bury Sarah Garrett, a pauper of that union; also, of all correspondence between the chairman and vice-chairman of the board of guardians and the Secretary of State, and between the Secretary of State and the diocesan of the vicar, upon the same subject. The hon. Gentleman was quoting some portions of ecclesistical law bearing on the question, when
