§ Sir Robert Peelsaid, he had promised to answer the question which the noble Lord had put to him a few days since, with respect to the Bill about being introduced for facilitating the challenge to the array. He had since then communicated with the Lord Chancellor on the subject, and he was now able to state that that noble Lord would bring the Bill forward in a few days.
