§ The Earl Jermynappeared at the Bar, and acquainted the House that Her Majesty had been waited on by such Members as were Privy Councillors, to offer the congratulations of that House on the birth of another Prince, and that Her Majesty was pleased to receive the same very graciously, and return the following answer:— 2000
