Mr. Hume

wished to ask the right hon. Baronet the Secretary for the Home Department to state what were his intentions with respect to a Local Courts' Bill? Did he mean to introduce it before Easter, in order that the public might have an opportunity of examining it during the recess?

Sir J. Graham

replied, that it was his intention to ask leave to bring in the bill before Easter.
