Mr. B. Baringsaid, in reference to a question put to him on a former evening by the hon. Member for Inverness, relative to a large number of Lascars wandering about London, that the Board of Control would draw the attention of the Court of Directors and the Board of Trade to the subject, in the hope that some remedy might be found for the sufferings of these poor people.
