§ Mr. Greene,the Chairman of the Committee, brought up the report of the resolutions on the Corn Importation Acts, which was read as follows:—
1. "That the following duties shall be paid upon the importation of corn, grain, meal, or flour, in lieu of the duties now payable thereon: viz.:—If imported from any foreign country;
