The Attorney-generalalso moved for leave to bring in a bill to allow of a writ of error in any case of a judgment of the Court of Queen's Bench, 193 upon an application for a mandamus. This measure had met with the approbation of the profession. The Court of Queen's Bench allowed of a writ of error in many cases, but not in all. There was no reason for this, and why should it not be altered? The bill allowed the writ in all cases.
§ Leave given.
