§ Mr. F. Maulewished to put a question to the right hon. Baronet the Secretary of Slate for the Home Department with respect to the Drainage Bill. The right hon. Baronet must be aware that there were two bills under the consideration of the committee up stairs. He was anxious to know from the right hon. Baronet when he would be able to introduce the Drainage Bill into that House.
§ Sir J. Grahamcould not, at present, name any particular day, but he begged to assure the right hon. Gentleman that the bill was in a forward state of preparation.
