appeared at the bar, and stated, that the several noblemen and gentlemen deputed by the House to present the address lately voted to her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent, had at- tended upon her Royal Highness and presented the same, to which her Royal Highness had returned the following answer:— I receive with great satisfaction this mark of the attention of the House of Commons, which is most gratifying to my feelings, and I return them many thanks for their congratulations.
