§ Lord John Russellbrought up the third report of Commissioners to inquire into the established Church. The noble Lord said, having presented the Report, he should now more for leave to bring in a Bill to carry part of the report into effect, to which he hoped there would be no objection. It was desirable that the Bill should be brought in and printed before the holy- 1134 days in order that time should be given for its consideration.
