§ Mr. Lyall moved the Order of the Day for the House going into Committee on this Bill.
§ Mr. Robinson moved, that it be an instruction to the Committee to appropriate a portion of the revenues to be raised under this Act to the support of the Merchant Seamen's Hospital. The revenues would be 20,000l. per annum, and he would propose that one-twentieth of that sum be appropriated to the purpose he had stated.
