appeared at the Bar with his Majesty's Answer to the Address of the House of Commons. The noble Lord then read the King's Answer, as follows:—

"The state of public affairs since the 10th of May, will satisfactorily account to the House of Commons for any delay in returning my Answer to the Address of this House. I trust that the object of that Address will appear to my faithful Commons to be accomplished, since the necessity of any change in my Councils has been avoided.
