By Mr. PRINGLE, from the County of Selkirk, praying that it might not be united to Peebleshire. By Mr. WYSE, from the Inhabitants of St. Nicholas, Galway, to equalize Civil Rights in that place; and from the Protestant Freemen of the same place, to the same effect.
