The Marquis of Chandosrenewed the opposition to the proceeding with the bill, and moved that the Chairman report progress, and ask leave to sit again.
§ Mr. George Dawsonurged the adjournment of the consideration of the question.
Sir James Grahamadmitted, that it would be very inexpedient to fight the Bill at that late hour, and advised his hon. friend (Mr. Spring Rice) to give way.
