presented a Petition against Reform from the Freemen of Durham now resident in that borough.

Sir Henry Hardinge

expressed his concurrence in the prayer, and bore testimony to the respectability of the petitioners, adding, that the Reform Bill of last Session would deprive the children of between 400 and 500 persons of their right of suffrage.
