Brought in by Mr. JOHN CAMPBELL, and read a first time, for the Limitation of Actions and Suits relating to Real Property; to abolish Fines and Recoveries; to amend the Law relating to Tenants by the courtesy of England; to amend the Law relating to Dower; and to amend the Law of Inheritance.
