HC Deb 28 May 1830 vol 24 c1255

Lord Morpeth moved the second reading of the Bill.

Lord Lowther objected to the Bill, as unnecessary; his Lordship was proceeding to state his objections, when

Lord Morpeth

said, as there was likely to be a debate on the subject, and it would be an injustice to the Bill to take the debate at that hour, he should move that the debate be adjourned.

Motion agreed to and debate adjourned till Thursday.
