, adverting to what passed on the subject of his motion on the State of the Country, which stood for Friday, said, that on consideration he was reluctantly induced to postpone it, as it might be inconvenient to many Members who would wish to vote upon it, and who also wished to vote on the East Retford question. He would, therefore, postpone it from Friday next, and fix it for the day after that named for the financial statement of the Chancellor of the Exchequer—namely, for Tuesday, the 16th instant.
