Colonel Sibthorpeexpressed his intention of moving on a future day for granting greater facilities to those persons who attended the House for the purpose of reporting its proceedings. The accurate reporting of the Debates was of great consequence to the country, especially at the present time; and he should hereafter name a day on which he would bring that subject forward.
