LORD VISCOUNT CASTLEREAGH took the Oath, and his Seat for the County of Down.—MR. PLANTA moved for a new writ for WINCHELSEA in the room of HENRY BROUGHAM, Esq. Chiltern Hundreds.—Mr. D. W.
