§ The following Resolutions were adopted as standing orders for the session;—That this House will not receive any petition for private bills, after Friday the 19th day of this instant February;—That no private bill be read the first time after Monday the 8th day of March next; and—That this House will not receive any report of such private bill, after Monday the 3rd day of May next.
