§ Mr. Wilmothoped, that the hon. gentleman would withdraw his amendment, for extending the commission to Trinidad. 1851 He had already pledged himself to produce papers; and was ready to give every facility to the full elucidation of the subject.
§ Mr. Humesaid, he had full confidence in the sincerity of the hon. gentleman, and would agree to withdraw his amendment.
