The order of the day having been read for taking into further consideration the report of the committee on the Penryn election, Mr. Atkins Wright moved, that the resolutions be read a second time, which was done, and they were agreed to. The hon. member next moved, 1. "That the attorney-general be directed to prosecute Henry Swans, esq. for bribery at the last election for the borough of Penryn. 2. That the attorney general be directed to prosecute John Goodeve, Henry Durnsford, and Abraham Winn, for corrupt practices to influence the last election for the borough of Penryn."—Ordered.
