The Usher of the black rod delivered a message from his royal highness the Prince Regent desiring the immediate attendance of the House, in the House of Peers. The Speaker with the House accordingly attended his royal highness; and being returned, several new members took the oaths and their seats.—Sir Francis Burdett gave notice, that he would on that day month, bring forward a motion on that most important subject, a reform in the representation of the people in parliament.
