Mr. SerjeantOnslow moved, "That a committee be appointed to inspect the Journals of the House of Lords, with relation to any proceeding upon the Bill, intituled, 'An 'Act for more effectually securing the liberty of the subject;' and to make report thereof to the House:"—and a committee was appointed accordingly.
