The Chancellor of the Exchequer

had great satisfaction in informing the House, that he had been instructed by his royal highness the Prince Regent, to communicate to it, that a Convention for the Suspension of Hostilities, by sea and land, between this country and France, had been agreed to by the French government and that of his Britannic Majesty; and that his Royal Highness would cause a copy of the Convention to be laid before the House.
