§ Mr. Lushingtonreported from the Committee of the whole House, to whom it was referred to consider of the supply granted to his Majesty, the Resolutions which they had directed him to report to the House; and the same were read, and agreed to by the House, are as follow:
1. That 140,000 men be employed for the sea service for the year 1814, including 31,400 royal marines.
2. That a sum, not exceeding 3,230,500l. be granted to his Majesty, for wages of the said 140,000 men for 13 months, at the rate of 1l. 15s. 6d. per man per month.
3. That a sum, not exceeding 4,572,750l. be granted to his Majesty, for victuals for the said 140,000 men for 13 months, at the rate of 2l. 10s. 3d. per man per month.
4. That a sum, not exceeding 3,913,000l, be granted to his Majesty, for the wear and tear of the ships in which the said 140,000 men are to serve for 13 months, at the rate of 2l. 3s. per man per month.
5. That a sum, not exceeding 637,000l. be granted to his Majesty, for ordnance for sea service on board the ships in which the said 140,000 men are to serve for 13 months, at the rate of 7s. per man per month.
