HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether it is the intention of the Education Department to formulate, for the guidance of school managers, any suggestions or regulations in reference to the associations to be formed under the Voluntary Schools Bill when it becomes law; whether these models for associations, if drawn up, will be distributed to Members of Parliament; and whether, in view of the numerous new duties imposed upon the Education Department by the Measure referred to, an increase in the staff of examiners and inspectors is contemplated?
