MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether he is aware that the present condition of the School Board electorate of Scotland, under which a very large number of ratepayers have no voice in the elections, is the source of grave dissatisfaction; and whether it is proposed to take any steps to amend the law?
