Foley, esq. took the oaths and their seats.—The exchequer bills bill was read a 2d time, and ordered to be committed to-morrow.—The assessed taxes commissioners' bill was committed, and the report received.—Mr. Alexander brought up the report of the committee of supply, of yesterday, which, after a trifling explanation, was agreed to, and bills were ordered to be brought in upon it.
