HC Deb 03 May 1804 vol 24 c237
Mr. BARROW (Southwark, Bermondsey)

I beg to ask the Attorney General whether it is the intention of the Government, at an early date, to introduce a Hill for the purpose of making it compulsory that all debenture bonds issued by Limited Liability Companies should be registered and dealt with in a similar manner to bills of sale?

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Sir J. RIGBY,) Forfar

The Lord Chancellor is in communication with the Board of Trade, with the object of ascertaining whether any alteration in the law as to debenture bonds issued by Limited Liability Companies is desirable and practicable.
