Does that mean that the Navy Estimates will come on first to-morrow? Would it be in Order to ask a question about the course of business for the rest of the week?

SIR W. HARCOURT

Yes; our intention is that when the Navy Votes are concluded we shall then go on with the Motion on the Scotch Committee, and immediately after that we shall proceed with the Registration Bill.

MR. GOSCHEN

May I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether the Budget will be taken on Monday?

SIR W. HARCOURT

Yes.

SIR G. BADEN-POWELL

Will the right hon. Gentleman say whether the question of Uganda is to be taken on Thursday?

SIR W. HARCOURT

There will be a statement made by the Government on the subject.
