I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the Letter from the Newfoundland delegates of 1st May, together with the reply of the Secretary of State, as well as the telegrams from the Governor upon the same subject?

These Papers will be laid upon the Table, together with the further Letter from the delegates, which appears in to-day's newspapers, and the answer which will be sent to that Letter.
