Cox and Co., bankers, as commission to that firm in their capacity as agents of the East Surrey Regiment, which item has already formed the subject of a Report by the Comptroller and Auditor General; and whether any application has yet been made to Messrs. Cox and Co. for the recovery of the sum in question?
