HC Deb 20 June 1889 vol 337 c318
MR. W. P. SINCLAIR (Falkirk, &c.)

I should like to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he is able to inform the House when the Bills relating to the drainage of Ireland will be printed and distributed. This morning we have had the Shannon Bill, but the others have not yet been distributed.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

The Drainage Bills left the Irish Office some days ago, and I am very much surprised to hear that they have not been circulated. I do not know with whom rests the responsibility. I hope the Railway Bill will be circulated to-morrow.
