I beg to ask the hon. and learned Attorney General whether there will be any opportunity for the discussion of the Augmentation of Benefices Bill?

Perhaps the hon. and learned Gentleman will give us a more distinct idea as to what he means by a discussion. Does he mean that it will require an hour or two hours, or what?

SIR R. WEBSTER

I do trust that, whatever may be the opinion of hon. Members as to the merits of the Bill, certainly half-an-hour's discussion will be sufficient.
