asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he would see that the Report and Evidence in the case of the inquiry into the treatment of Mr. William O'Brien, M.P., in Clonmel Prison, was circulated without delay.

The Report and Evidence in the case of the inquiry into the prison treatment of Mr. William O'Brien, M.P., was laid upon the Table yesterday, and, I have no doubt, will be circulated forthwith by the Stationery Department, with whom the matter rests.
