§ *MR. RITCHIEThe Welsh translation of the Local Government Act is complete, and the whole of it is in type, and the proofs are with the translator for revision. I will press for the revision being proceeded with as rapidly as possible. The delay in the publication probably arises from the difficulty of printing the Welsh language.
