§ THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)It is the intention of the Government, so soon as the necessary Votes have been taken in the Navy Estimates, to move to refer the 536 Army and Navy Estimates to a Select Committee, to report their observations on the several Votes to the House.
